Meet Kelsey- Your Go-To Tech Enthusiast- Technology Troubleshooting

Navigating the digital world with a smile!

Hey there! I’m your  go-to tech teacher, and I’ve been navigating the world of technology since a young age, thanks to my visual impairment. I help with technology troubleshooting within an app and am happy to answer any questions.

Navigating programs is a breeze for me, especially when it comes to iPhones and iPads. I’ve got those down to a science.

Here are some of the things that I can help you with:

  • Lost password
  • logging into your email
  • Using Facebook and Instagram
  • Any feature you want that is in settings like changing your password to your iPhone or iPad
  • If your issue isn’t listed above, contact me to see if I can help.
  • Most troubleshooting issues I can fix, and if I don’t know off the top of my head I can research it and figure it out.

Patience is my strong suit, especially when someone might need a little extra time to grasp what I’m teaching. I love helping with technology troubleshooting

Helping others is my jam. There’s nothing like that warm feeling I get when I know I’ve made a positive impact. iPhones and iPads are my specialties. I’m here to make technology troubleshooting less daunting for you.

And speaking of bonds, let me introduce you to my amazing family! We’re a tight-knit bunch that loves doing things together. I have a special connection with my older brother; we’re 3 1/2 years apart and share a unique bond.

Oh, and did I mention my adorable dog, Tomlin? Yep, named after Chris Tomlin. She’s not just a pet; she’s part of the family too!

When I  was in elementary school I couldn’t write very much so for spelling tests I would use a Toshiba computer so that I could type out my answers. It helped me succeed so that my hand didn’t get tired while trying to write my answers.

For my services I charge $10 for 30 Minutes and $20 for 1 hour.

Looking forward to helping you navigate the digital world with a smile.
